A leaf spring is made from a sheet of spring steel. Leaf springs are available in a wide range of possible variations. In many cases, the products are cut or punched out of the sheet of spring steel with a laser cutting machine.
If the leaf spring has a geometry that cannot be cut out or punched from the sheet, the shape can still be obtained with a laser cutter. A digital
CAD drawing will be required. Generally speaking, there will be a digital CAD drawing available for the straight spring. If this is not the case, Roveron can create a
digital version based on the technical drawing that has been supplied. Even if there is no technical drawing available, the part sample can be used to make a drawing.
